At Austra Bridal Alterations, we take pride in our craftsmanship and products. Please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Bridal Alterations & Custom Tailoring

• Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of alterations and tailoring, all alteration services are non-refundable.

• We work closely with each client to ensure satisfaction, and adjustments may be offered if needed to achieve the desired fit.

2. Dress Sales

• New Dresses: Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the dress is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Sale or Clearance Items: All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

• Custom Orders: Special-order or custom-designed dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Deposits

• Deposits made for alterations, fittings, or custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X business days].

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
