1. Bridal Alterations & Custom Tailoring

Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of alterations and tailoring, all alteration services are non-refundable.

We work closely with each client to ensure satisfaction, and adjustments may be offered if needed to achieve the desired fit.
2. Dress Sales

New Dresses: Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the dress is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Sale or Clearance Items: All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

Custom Orders: Special-order or custom-designed dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Deposits

Deposits made for alterations, fittings, or custom orders are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X business days].
